Casework
In 2005, Adam was successful in negotiating one of the first nationwide round II opt-out settlements for the Fen-Phen Diet Drug Litigation. In addition, he is currently representing thousands of clients in Zyprexa, Vioxx, Guidant Defibrilator and other mass tort litigation. Recently, he was one of the first to file a lawsuit for the Guidant Defibrilator litigation in the State of Texas.
